So, i am Coding the relationsip showscreen thingie... the one Where we show the relationship status and since i am CRAZY lazy i want to know how are we going to do this?
i think we should make a screen with pictures of all the girls we met and know we Can date (no -ing future visions) with their Relationship level below them
maybe also the Relationship Points but here i am A bit divided:
if we DO show them, the player has better understanding of the Point system BUT that would result in exploitation
if we DONT show them the players get maybe a teensy tiny bit -ing pissed but no exploit
OR we could make it an Unlockable (like Mewtwo giving them the power or some mechanik Pokemon[you know everything in Numbers and so forth])
this would also have positive reinforcement e.g. Yay i have unlocked a Muffin AND gained the ability to see thir Feelings towards me
it might be already clear because of the higher length but i would prefer C
I will Code it so I will decide what is to much work kay? we would just need a way to store all the girls in a way so i can make it easy to acces for me.... maybe an Array for them?

I might add most important thing is extensibility.

So when doing an interface, my first question would be to either have a bunch of screens with our (future) 100 girls or put them all in one window (which wouldn't be a problem thanks to Ren'Py's Grid Layout Screen). But since I think of the number of girls of N, the grid cells would become to small, right? So I think we should switch screens. (This could be performed by letting the screen depend on a variable which determines which girls are shown, and when you're clicking the button you change the variable and reload the screen.) So you wish the girl to have a "I have at least once come near to you to see you're a dateable girl" flag. Or must interaction have happened (even not actable ones like "Hey a stranger! Have this 1000$ ruby!" – "No!")? And, on the other side, work with Anon-pictures in the Interface until you met them?

About the exp, I don't believe they are that important. Because, when talking to a girl they WILL be shown. I only agree they can b deactivated for hard mode or something, but will be shown by default. So I only see the question in either display them in the interface or not. Speaking about extensibility, you may just define a variable which will be handled as a constant (for now), decide by yourself and so we have all options open in the future. (That's the same way we will go with the variable for showing exp when speaking to a girl, just note its a different variable.)

Each girl will have one or two variables which refers to them (e.g. misty and Misty, number depends on including the Ren'Py-Character for narration into the class of girls or not). The array (which will be (as well as all characters) defined in the main.py (which does not exist yet)) goes from 0 to n-1. The characters will be inserted in order we added them to the game, but special characters will be added from behind (easier access with negative indices). Special characters are those you can't normally act (e.g. Joy (very busy), Jenny (very busy), Jessie (since she's a criminal) and the famous girl dressed as Pikachu). That is just for the player to indicate the difficult ones are the last ones.

OR we could make one page for every girl and that suddenly sounds stupid if we make many girls in the 2 -3 digits.
and that is the future vision i talked about.
"lets make place for exactly 83 Girl, nope nothing suspicous here not exactly 83 girls to meet" at least secret ones shouldnt even be hinted at.
i speak as a Gamer here to you when i tell you, nothing as amazing as findng a secret, in the -ing Manual NOTHING about it, just hints in the game little subtle nudges.
secret itemshop? of course yadda yadda yadda....

*3 hours of ranting later*

i think we should hide things. no gamer likes to games that are too obviuos and easy. they are fun for like 3 minutes.
secrets, randomness, unlockables, those are the things a game needs, not a fuckton of them but enough to let the player find everything if he is determined enough.
just ranting on please ignore everything below the " things (i wont delete it because if i delete my ideas set in words they are lost at least now one of you can maybe get a better idea than this)

So what about a grid with the pictures of the girls (maybe minimized) and when you click a picture you get the girl's screen? Do it :D

for now we have a small bar under the status bar for the three girls, but we should get a one as we talked about it here <_<
